In 12th Grade, after watching some of Shakespeare's plays, the students built a scale model of a theater.
They were given measurements in feet and inches and had to use an architectural ruler to determine which scale to use to create their theatre.
After they create the theater we can start thinking about how the play could be presented and they can look at stage design as well. #GoDragons!

Today (3/10/22) ISU dental hygiene students and the Southeastern Idaho Public Health Program Coordinator provided oral health education at Bingham Academy.

Today they provided oral health education at Bingham Academy. The health presentations covered overall health and relationship with oral health; tobacco and drug use prevention; how diet/nutrition can impact your teeth and body; gum disease, and tooth decay prevention by practicing oral hygiene habits daily.

We need to make up 1/2 a day of school due to the 4 days we closed school this year. Two of those days were due to illness and the other two days were due to inclement weather. Despite the fact that we built more than two extra days into our schedule, we have dropped below the minimum number of hours required by Idaho.

As a result, we will need to hold a 1/2 day VIRTUAL school day on:
Friday, April 22nd from 8:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.

This is a mandatory day of school. Attendance will be taken. 
Students are required to log into their teachers' Google Meets.
Students are required to check in with each of their teachers following this schedule:
     Period 1: 8:30 - 8:55 
     Period 2: 9:00 - 9:25
     Period 3: 9:30 - 9:55
     Period 4: 10:00 - 10:25
     Period 5: 10:30 - 10:55
     Period 6: 11:00 - 11:25
     Period 7: 11:30 - 11:55
As always, please stay in your teachers' Google Meets until dismissed.

ATTENTION: Bingham Academy is not within the boil water zone. As a result, on campus classes will be held as usual.
