This morning, one of our buses (Blue Bus) was hit by another vehicle. All BA students are safe and currently at school. We thank the bus driver and Brian Thelin for managing the situation until Blackfoot City emergency services arrived. A huge thank you to the emergency crews who were swift to get to the accident. In Ms. Kasper's Intro to Anatomy and Physiology for Healthcare Professions class the students learned how to dissect a gummy bear. They needed to practice and learn all of the different body planes and body positioning options. They used PPEs to make sure they were safe from microorganisms and pathogens. They also used scalpels and forceps to hold down the gummy bears so they could use the scalpels to make cuts without accidentally injuring themselves. The best part was they got to eat all the leftovers.

What is HOSA? It is a Health Occupation Students of America club. Today Ms. Kasper and the HOSA Leadership went to the HOSA Basic Conference. Where the students learned how to be successful CTSO leaders. We are building an awesome HOSA Club come and check us out.

Today for HOSA club we celebrated Medical Assistant week with a yummy lunch. Thanks to Medical Assistants for all they do ❤️👩🏻‍⚕️
